All traffic between your browser and AIMS is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
Isolated data per organisation
Each organisation's assets, incidents, and records are logically separated.
Role-based access control
Employees only see and act on what their assigned role permits.
Audit logging
Key actions across the platform are logged for traceability and review.
Account Security
We recommend using a strong, unique password for your AIMS account and never sharing login credentials between employees. Admins can deactivate an employee's access immediately when they leave the organisation.
API Keys
API keys generated from the API Keys page grant programmatic access to your organisation's data. Treat them like passwords, rotate them periodically, and revoke any key that may have been exposed.
