Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AIMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AIMS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use AIMS only for lawful business purposes related to asset and incident management.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as selected at signup or upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you input into AIMS (assets, incidents, tickets, employee records, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display this data solely to provide the service to you.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we will try to minimise disruption when doing so.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
